The allowable density range for mixed-use <br />is 20+ DUA6. Approximately 1.8 of the 2.3 total acres of the project site cannot be used for <br />development. The project’s density of 6.5 DUA would be less than the maximum density <br /> <br />6 The General Plan is unclear as to whether or not 20 du/ac is intended as a minimum density; however, the City has <br />historically interpreted Planned Unit Development projects, with densities less than 20 du/ac, to be consistent with the Gene ral <br />Plan Mixed-Use designation.
