The project includes a two-story addition of approximately 1,360 square feet <br />to the north (rear) of the existing Barone home. The first floor of the addition is an <br />approximately 534-square-foot, two-car garage with an approximately 303-square-foot storage <br />area. The second floor is an approximately 523-square-foot attic/storage space. The addition <br />would be set back a minimum of approximately 4 feet from the new north (rear) property line, a <br />minimum of approximately 12 feet 7 inches from the east (new private street) side property <br />line, and approximately 34 feet 2 inches from the west side property line. The colors, materials, <br />height, windows, and architectural style of the addition will match the existing home.
