City Resources <br />SCI will carry out all tasks specified in the Work Plan and any other related services, as appropriate. The <br />City would be responsible for the following: <br />Periodically meet or participate in video or voice conference calls with SCI as needed. <br />Provide information and documentation regarding the City's two LLMDs and their associated <br />capital improvement plan, description of services and improvements to be funded by the <br />assessment, the annual revenues needed, and additional data as requested. <br />Designate a City point of contact with authority to act on its behalf regarding the Work Plan. <br />Assist with planning, review, and coordination of action items. <br />PROJECT TIMELINE <br />We understand that the City would like to complete the Proposition 218 ballot proceeding prior to the <br />County levy submittal deadline of August 10, 2025, for the FY 2025-26 property tax roll.
