1 <br /> <br /> <br />TRANSPARENCY ENGAGEMENT ADVISOR AGREEMENT <br /> <br />QUOTE FOR SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />This Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is made on the 1st day <br />of July 2024 by Critical Incident Videos, Corp (hereinafter, the <br />“Transparency Engagement Advisor”) and the Pleasanton Police <br />Department (hereinafter, the “Client”). The Client will seek <br />Transparency Engagement Services for Critical Incident Videos or <br />other work as needed. When services are rendered, the Client <br />agrees to pay the Consultant as outlined below. <br /> <br /> <br /> ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Client hereby engages Transparency Engagement Advisor to act as <br />the expert for putting together critical incident videos. <br /> <br />Transparency Engagement Advisor shall provide the services listed <br />below: <br />1. Provide video productions of critical incidents as determined by <br />the Client. <br />2. Videos to be generally produced within a 4-week timeframe. <br />Video production taking longer than four weeks must be <br />approved by the Client. <br />3. Videos will incorporate camera footage from body camera, in- <br />car camera video, surveillance cameras, other video <br />recordings, dispatch recordings, and other audio recordings. <br />They shall be redacted as directed by the Client. <br />4.
