CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-094 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING STEVE BROZOSKY AS VICE MAYOR <br />FOR 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints a Vice Mayor from among its members. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby appoint Steve Brozosky to serve for a period of one <br />year, until December, 2005, as Vice Mayor of the City of Pleasanton and presiding <br />member of the City Council in the absence of the Mayor. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 7, 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovem, Sullivan, and Mayor Hosterman <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
