Incentives and concessions. <br />A. Developers eligible for a density bonus as provided in Section 17.38.030(A), (B) or (D), upon <br />specific application, shall be entitled to one or more incentives or concessions as set forth in this section, <br />subject to city review and findings set forth in Section 17.38.120(B). <br />B. Calculation of Incentives and Concessions. A developer who is eligible for a density bonus under <br />Section 17.38.030(A), (B) or (D) may request and be eligible for one or more incentives or concessions. <br />When requested by the developer, the city shall grant the incentives or concessions in the amount as <br />follows: <br /> 1. One incentive or concession for projects that include at least 10 percent of the total units <br />for low income households, at least five percent for very low income households, or at least 10 percent for <br />persons and families of moderate income in a common interest development. <br /> 2. Two incentives or concessions for projects that include at least 20 percent of the total units <br />for low income households, at least 10 percent for very low income households, or at least 20 percent for <br />persons and families of moderate income in a common interest development. <br /> 3.
