The <br />following scope of work is based upon documents provided on Aug 30, 2024. <br />Scope of Work Estimated Fee <br />Task 1.01: Civil Review (Budget 10 hours) <br />Wood Rodgers will review the project documents (as provided to the City and <br />currently under County review/processing) related to the proposed Civil <br />Infrastructure (water, sewer and storm drain) and identify incomplete or additional <br />information necessary for the City to support and process City annexation and <br />entitlement applications. <br />Scope does not include plan check or detailed review of documents. <br />$2,500 T&M <br />Total Professional Services $2,500 T&M <br />Thank you for the opportunity to work with your team.
