The following individuals provided <br />comment: Sharon Piekarski, David Herring, and Arne Olson. <br />Mayor Brown closed the public comment. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />14.Receive a presentation on debt financing regarding interim water improvement projects <br />and adopt a resolution declaring the City's intention to reimburse expenditures relating <br />to capital improvement projects from the proceeds of tax-exempt obligations <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2024-012 declaring the City's intention to <br />reimburse expenditures relating to capital improvement projects from the proceeds of <br />tax-exempt obligations. <br />Susan Hsieh, Finance Director, and consultant Jaime Trejo presented the item and <br />answered questions. <br />Mayor Brown opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Brown closed <br />the public comment. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Nibert/Testa to approve the item as recommended.
