<br />BILLING POLICY FOR TRAVEL & EXTRAORDINARY CASE RELATED EXPENSES
<br />Mileage will be billed at the IRS mandated rate ($0.585 per mile). Travel time will be billed at the regular hourly rate, portal-to-portal, unless covered in Court Testimony or Deposition time as above
<br />(not to exceed 10 hours per day where extensive or overnight travel time or waiting is required).

<br />one consultation with toxicologist if needed. Drugs included in this panel are:
