Of the 48 items associated with this plan, two <br />actions were completed, 16 actions are in progress, and 30 actions are not started. 60% of the <br />actions not completed were overly vague or too broad, and completion could not be <br />measured, and 40% of the actions were not under the City's purview. Examples of these <br />include: Support opportunities for children and youth to develop positive experiences and <br />qualities that help influence choices they make to become caring and responsible people. <br />Support positive family communication to foster strong intergenerational relationships within <br />families and the community. <br /> <br /> <br />Page 87 of 102
