Wiel, also known as ~-1i I~iel and E. H. ~iel, deceased, in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San l~ateo, No. 18277, a copy of which was recorded ~ay 22, 1952, in Book 6736 of Official Records at P~ge 63 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, vith the southerly right-of=way line of County Road No. 2065, co~nonly kno~m as Vineyard Avenue, 50 feet in width, and nmning thence northerly along the direct production northerly of said vestsfly boundary line to the intersection thereof with the northerly right-of-way line of Vineyard Avenue, 50 feet in width; thence westerly along said northerly right-of-way line to an intersection thereof with the westerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by John O~nellas and ~ary Ornellas, his wife, to A.
