Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />mgruber@cityofpleasantonca.gov <br /> <br />RE: LIONS WAYSIDE AND DELUCCHI PARK RENOVATION / CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />Dear Matt, <br /> <br />Per our previous discussion, the City would like us to prepare a proposal for construction <br />support services for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Park Renovation project. Our <br />understanding is that the City will take the lead on construction management and pay for <br />special inspections and testing, and the design team, including CALA and our <br />subconsultants, will provide the City with support during the bid and construction period. <br /> <br />The following additional services will be provided on this project in accordance with our <br />agreement dated October 3, 2023. <br />Scope <br /> <br />Bidding and Construction Support: We assume the City will have primary responsibility for <br />construction management and inspection.
