PUD-147, Foothill Boulevard Holding Company LLC, 4141 Foothill Road - Consideration of: (1) <br />Adoption of a CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency Checklist pursuant to the City of <br />Pleasanton Housing Element Update Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (FSEIR); (2) <br />annexation; (3) a Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to construct a 111-lot <br />residential subdivision, including an age-qualified community with 92 single-family detached homes, <br />18 affordable senior court-yard detached and duet homes, one existing single-family residence, and <br />related on- and off-site improvements; (4) a Vesting Tentative Map; (5) a Development Agreement <br />to vest entitlements; and (6) an Affordable Housing Agreement <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-14 recommending City Council (1) adopt a <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency Checklist, (2) approve annexation, PUD Plan, <br />Vesting Tentative Map, and Pre-Annexation and Development Agreement as conditioned, and (3) <br />direct the City Manager to enter into an Affordable Housing Agreement with Foothill Boulevard <br />Holding Company, LLC. for the proposed projects as filed under case Nos. P22-1089, PUD-147, <br />and Tract 8522. <br /> <br />Senior Planner Eric Luchini presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos opened the public comment. Public comments were received from: Jim Summers, <br />applicant; Pam Carlton; John Hall; Gerry Kirata; Doug Marshall; Linda Moniz; Sharon Piekarski; Jeff <br />Reinholdt; James Sandler; Alicia Steren; Akhilesh Verma; Rennie Bowers; and TJ McGrath. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos closed the public comment. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos called a brief recess. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos reconvened the meeting at 9:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos opened the public comment. A public comment was received from: Jim Summers, <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos closed the public comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Jain/Pace to adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-14 recommending City Council <br />action, as recommended. Motion passed by the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Jain, Pace, Wedge, and Chair Gaidos <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioners Mohan and Morgan <br /> Abstain: None <br /> <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION/INFORMATION <br /> <br />5.
