P24-0505, City of Pleasanton - Review, consider, and provide a recommendation for amendments to Chapters 17.40, 17.44, and 18.38 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code regarding inclusionary rates, affordable levels, design and development standards, approval processes, requirements, and administrative procedures for the affordable housing fee; and update to the City’s Objective Design Standards for Housing Sites to align with the proposed municipal code amendments 5.
