CONTRACT <br />Lions Wayside and Delucchi Park Renovations <br />Project No. 06716 <br />THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 3rd day of September, 2024 by <br />and between Integra Construction Services, Inc., ("Contractor"), who se addre s s is 4133 <br />Mohr Avenue, Ste. D, Pleasanton, CA 94566 , and telephone number is (925) 398-8290 <br />and the CITY OF PLEASANT ON, a municipal corporation (''City"). <br />W I T NE S S E T H: <br />WH EREAS , the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for Lions Wayside <br />and Delucchi Park Renovations, Project No. 06716 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Work to be Performed. The work will generall y con s ist of: <br />This work will cons ist of demolition of existing park facilitie s and erosion control, <br />grading , drainage, concrete pavement, fencing , walls , planters, a bandstand, electrical, <br />irrigation, and landscaping improvements for the reno vation of Lions Wayside and <br />Delucchi Parks at 4401 and 4501 First Street. <br />Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on <br />file with the Public Works Department, Engineering Division of the City and are <br />incorporated herein by this reference: <br />A. Approved Plans and Specifications entitled the Lions Wayside <br />and Delucchi Park Renovations, Project No. 06716 and <br />addenda thereto , if any. <br />B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in <br />accordance with the Standard Specificatrons . <br />C. The elements of the proposal submitted to the City by the <br />Contractor, which the City has accepted. <br />2. Compensation. The City shall pay the Contractor for work actually performed at <br />the unit prices set out in the Contractor's proposal to the City as set forth in <br />Exhibit A of thi s agreement and incorporated herein.
