Local No. 343 and 355 Defined Benefit Plan, Northern California/Northern Nevada Landscape & Utility journeyman and Apprenticeship Training Trust, U.A. Local 355 Hiring Hall Administration Fund and U.A. 355 Labor -Management Cooperation (commonly and hereinafter referred to as the "Trust Funds"). The Trust Funds provide employee benefits to union employees and their dependents. First, enclosed please find a copy of the Stop Payment Notice our office issued on the above -captioned project on September 19, 2025. As explained in the Stop Notice, James Breneman dba JB Infrastructure ("Breneman") is signatory to a Collective Bargaining Agreement and has agreed to make benefit contributions to the Trust Funds for each hour paid and/or worked by the workers employed by them. However, Breneman has failed to properly make contributions to the Trust Funds as required related to work performed on the above -captioned project. Second, please be advised that by way of this letter, our office hereby makes a public records request for the payment and/or materials bond for the above captioned project.
