The DBA also <br />applies to any public buildings, public housing, public works projects (e.g., streets, sidewalks, etc.), and to privately <br />owned housing of more than 8 units (if CDBG-funded) or 12 units (if HOME -funded). <br />If applicable to this project, a copy of the federal wage determination that was in effect on July 1, 2024, is attached <br />hereto and made part of this contract by reference. However, in accordance with HUD requirements, the most up- <br />to-date wage determination(s) issued at the time of contract award (i.e., less than 10 days before the opening of bids) <br />must be used. City staff will provide an updated wage determination as your project proceeds through the bid and <br />contract process. The final wage determination must be made part of any construction contract(s) related to the <br />project. <br />Page 21 <br />
