Mr. Matt Nelson <br />August 9, 2024 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />Additional Services <br />Any work not specifically referenced in the above Scope of Work—for example analyzing a <br />different project description or site plan, conducting additional traffic counts, trip generation <br />surveys, analyzing additional scenarios or time periods, preparing a TDM plan, analyzing VMT <br />impacts under conditions where the project exceeds the units allowable under the city’s Housing <br />Element, running auto-turn for emergency vehicle access, or a protracted project schedule (over <br />one year) - shall be considered additional services. Additional services will require additional <br />budget and additional time. <br /> <br />Schedule <br />Barring any unforeseen delays, a draft report will be submitted 6 weeks after receipt of a signed <br />contract agreement, all traffic counts, and all necessary data from City staff. Overall, we anticipate <br />a project schedule of approximately 8 to 9 weeks. However, this schedule is subject to staff <br />responsiveness and the ability to conduct traffic counts. The final report will be delivered one <br />week after receipt of all review comments. <br /> <br />Cost of Services <br />The fee for the scope of services will be a lump sum amount of $39,000 for task items 1 through <br />14. <br />We appreciate your consideration of Hexagon Transportation Consultants for this assignment.
