CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE No. 378 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED <br /> AS ~'~ANNEXATION NO 31, AMADOR VALLEY ANNEX 'D'~ <br /> TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON. <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. a) On September 30, 1963, the Council of the <br />]ity of Pleasanton did pass and adopt Resolution No. 3433 giving <br />~otice of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited territory to <br />zhe City of Pleasanton, said territory being therein designated as <br />~Annexation No. 31, ~-~nador Valley Annex D~, said resolution des- <br />.~ribing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed. <br /> <br /> b) Said Resolution No. 3433 contained a notice <br />~f the day, hour and place when and where the Council of the City <br />~f Pleasanton would hear protests made by any person owning real <br />~roperty within the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of <br />;aid hearing being not less than fifteen nor more than sixty days <br />.-'rom the date of passage of said Resolution. <br /> <br /> c) On November 25, 1963, at the hour of 8 p.m.! <br />Ln the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Pleasanton, <br />:ounty of Alameda, State of California, said time and place being <br />zhe day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution No. 3433 for hear- <br />[ng protests to the said annexation, the said City Council did hear <br />~nd pass upon protests made, there being none, and did determine <br />zhat protests had not been made by the owners of one-half of the <br />~alue of the privately owned territory proposed to be annexed as <br />:hown by the last equalized assessment roll, nor by public owners <br />~f one-half of the value of the publicly owned territory proposed <br />zo be annexed as determined by said legislative body. <br /> <br /> <br />
