CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE No. 378 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED AS ~'~ANNEXATION NO 31, AMADOR VALLEY ANNEX 'D'~ TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON. The City Council does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. a) On September 30, 1963, the Council of the ]ity of Pleasanton did pass and adopt Resolution No. 3433 giving ~otice of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited territory to zhe City of Pleasanton, said territory being therein designated as ~Annexation No. 31, ~-~nador Valley Annex D~, said resolution des- .~ribing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed. b) Said Resolution No. 3433 contained a notice ~f the day, hour and place when and where the Council of the City ~f Pleasanton would hear protests made by any person owning real ~roperty within the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of ;aid hearing being not less than fifteen nor more than sixty days .-'rom the date of passage of said Resolution. c) On November 25, 1963, at the hour of 8 p.m.! Ln the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Pleasanton, :ounty of Alameda, State of California, said time and place being zhe day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution No. 3433 for hear- [ng protests to the said annexation, the said City Council did hear ~nd pass upon protests made, there being none, and did determine zhat protests had not been made by the owners of one-half of the ~alue of the privately owned territory proposed to be annexed as :hown by the last equalized assessment roll, nor by public owners ~f one-half of the value of the publicly owned territory proposed zo be annexed as determined by said legislative body.
