PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 <br /> <br />Items the City will remove prior to September 1, 2024 <br />• Entire shop area and office area <br />• Dumpster rental <br />• Dressing room <br />• Chairs – 6 red padded chairs in lobby, black folding chairs in Shop, all office chairs <br />• Box office – all supplies, including ticket printer and computer <br />• Janitorial supplies <br />• Booster seats <br />• 4x8 Platforms <br />• Change/Remove all locks on all doors. 30-40 in total - Upon removal, PUSD will <br />need to have a locksmith ready to install new cylinders on all locks <br /> <br />Items the City would leave in the space: <br />• Speakers (hanging) <br />• Sound board <br />• Light board <br />• Lights that are installed <br />• Baby grand piano and downstairs piano <br />• Sound shells <br />• Music stands <br />• Choral risers <br />• Chairs – all theater seats including the red handicap seats, all grey stacking chairs on <br />stage <br />• Tables <br />• Projector <br />• Microphones - 3 w/3 stands & 3 50 ft cables <br />• Floor mics - 4 <br />• Stage monitors <br /> <br />2.
