Approve a three-year janitorial maintenance and trade services agreement with <br />Imperial Maintenance Services Inc. in the not-to-exceed contract amount of <br />$2,700,000 with the option for two additional one-year extensions <br />21. Approve a professional services agreement with Causey Consulting in the not-to- <br />exceed amount of $205,300 to prepare the City’s Sewer System Management Plan <br />Audit and Update <br />22.
