The remaining <br />$21,200 will be included in the FY 26/27 biennial budget. <br />10.Adopt a resolution authorizing application to the U.S. Department of Justice's Office <br />of Justice Programs' Bureau of Justice Assistance's Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest <br />Partnership Grant in an amount up to $40,000 <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2024-051 to authorize the submittal of an <br />application for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs’ Bureau <br />of Justice Assistance’s Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) for up to <br />$40,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents, and appropriate <br />funds in the Operations Grant Fund in FY 2024/25 and the FY26 - FY27 biennial <br />budget. <br />Public Works <br />Page 18 of 454
