Resolution No 2024-054 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />requirements of CEQA and represents the independent judgment and analysis of the City of <br />Pleasanton as lead agency for the Project. <br />Accordingly, the City Council makes the following findings: <br />1. There are no new significant effects peculiar to the proposed Project or its site; <br />2. There are no new significant effects that were not previously evaluated in the FEIR; <br />3. There are no new significant off-site or cumulative impacts that were not analyzed <br />in the FEIR, <br />4. There are no adverse impacts that are more severe than those previously identified <br />in the FEIR. <br />5. The Project is consistent with development density and all other applicable <br />provisions of both the General Plan as amended by the Housing Element Update <br />for which the FEIR was prepared, and the zoning applicable to the Project site as <br />amended by the rezonings for which the FEIR was prepared. <br />6. Mitigation Measures AIR -1 a, AIR -1 b, GEO-6, BIO -1, HAZ-2, NOI-1 and TRANS -2 <br />from the FEIR are applicable to the Project. These measures are feasible and have <br />been or are required to be implemented. Measures AIR -1 a, AIR -1 b, and GEO-6 <br />are required by condition of approval 40. Measure HAZ-2, Measure TRANS -2, and <br />the Project design aspects of Measure AIR -1b have already been satisfied. <br />condition of approval 40 includes provisions detailing how Measures BIO -1 and <br />N0I-1 will be implemented for the Project. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council adopts the conclusions and determinations of the CEQA <br />Section 15183 Consistency Checklist for the Project for the reasons stated therein. The Project <br />is exempt pursuant to Section 15183. No additional environmental review and no changes to the <br />CEQA findings or determinations adopted in connection with the FEIR are necessary or <br />appropriate. A copy of the 15183 Consistency Checklist for the Project is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 3.
