The City Council's determination is based on the <br />Record Evidence, which is incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />SECTION 3. The City Council has considered the findings made in Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. PC -2024-14, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, <br />and hereby adopts the same findings by this reference, and based upon the City Council's own <br />independent review and considerations, the City Council hereby approves Annexation (P22-1089) <br />and Vesting Tentative Map (Tract 8522) for the Project, as reflected in the plans dated, "Received <br />June 15, 2024," for the Foothill Boulevard Holding Company, LLC, subject to the Conditions of <br />Approval attached as Exhibit A to Ordinance 2284 for PUD -147. <br />SECTION 4.
