SECTION 1. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE <br />The following table indicates the minimum frequency of work to be performed for each <br />specific type of work. <br />FREQUENCY: W—Weekly, BW—Bi-weekly, M—Monthly, Q—Quarterly, <br />TY—Twice Yearly, Y—Yearly, EX—Extra Work,N/A—Not <br />Applicable <br />ANNUAL SCHEDULE: The Contractor shall provide the City with an annual <br />schedule which generally conforms with the following: <br />A.
