IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE No. 377 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.04; 5.07; <br /> 5.08; 6.03; 6.06; 6.13; and 6.16 of OR- <br /> DINANCE NO. 358, THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, <br /> ADOPTED March 4, 1963, AS AMENDED. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> <br /> Section 5.04, Article 5, Ordinance 358, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "5.04 CERTIFICATION OF MAP AND CONVEYANCE. If <br /> the Subdivision Committee determines that the <br /> proposed subdivision meets the requirements of the <br /> Ordinance, then they shall certify to this fact <br /> on the face of the map.': <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> <br /> Section 5.07, Article 5, Ordinance 358, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "5.07 APPEAL TO COMMISSION. In the event the <br /> subdivider is dissatisfied with any determination <br /> of the Subdivision Committee or its designee, <br /> either as to the determination as to whether a <br /> proposed subdivision qualifies as a minor one, or <br /> as to any requirements or conditions which the <br /> Subdivision Committee seeks to impose, then the <br /> subdivider may appeal to the Commission by filing <br /> a statement in writing with the City Clerk within <br /> seven days after receiving notification of the <br /> action of the 8/bdivision Committee, stating his <br /> reasons for appeal." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. <br /> <br /> Section 5.08, Article 5, Ordinance. 358, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "5.08 DETERMINATION BY COMMISSION. In the event <br /> of appeal, the Commission must approve, affirm, <br /> reverse or modify any determination of the Sub- <br /> division Committee or its designee with respect <br /> to the proposed minor subdivision, within 30 days <br /> after Subdivision Committee action under Section <br /> 5.04" <br /> <br /> <br />
