Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing July as Parks and Recreation Month <br />20. Presentation of a commendation recognizing Connor Lam <br />21. Adopt a resolution ordering the submission to the qualified electors of the City of <br />Pleasanton a measure to approve a half-cent general Transactions and Use Tax; <br />requesting the Alameda County Board of Supervisors permit consolidation of the <br />Pleasanton general municipal election with the statewide general election to be <br />held on the same date; approve an ordinance imposing a Transactions and Use <br />Tax to be administered by the California Department of Tax and Fee <br />Administration; and consider the filing of arguments related to the measure <br />23. Adopt a resolution approving a CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency <br />Checklist pursuant to the City of Pleasanton Housing Element Update Final <br />Environmental Impact Report (FEIR); adopt a resolution to approve an application <br />for Annexation (P22-1089); introduce ordinances, and waive the first readings, to <br />approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan (PUD-147) to <br />Page 3 of 782
