Dear Pleasanton City Council,

I hope this message finds you in good spirits. I'm reaching out to share my genuine
excitement and support for the proposed residential project at 3450 Mohr Ave. Having
attended the planning commission meeting, I can confidently say that the process was
managed with utmost fairness and integrity, it was clear to see that the applicant stepped
aside to ensure an unbiased discussion.
As a resident of Pleasanton, living a stone's throw away from the proposed site, I firmly
believe this project symbolizes what our community has been longing for—thoughtful and
harmonious development that respects the essence of our neighborhood. This stands in
contrast to larger, more imposing projects we've seen, reflecting a deep understanding of
our local context and values.
The design proposed for this development promises to be a fitting addition to our area,
maintaining the unique charm and character we cherish.
With these points in mind, I strongly encourage the approval of this development.
Additionally, I suggest initiating conversations with the developer about the feasibility of
incorporating more housing units into the project. Such a move could address our
community's housing needs eOectively while paying homage to the character of our
existing neighborhood.
Thank you for considering my perspective on this matter. I am keenly looking forward to the
positive impact this development will have on our community, striking a balance between
honoring our heritage and welcoming the future.

Sincerely,
Sanket Patle.
