These code provisions require notification of the County Coroner, who <br />may then notify the Native American Heritage Commission, who in turn must notify the <br />persons believed to be most likely descended from the deceased Native American for <br />appropriate disposition of the remains. A similar note shall appear on the building permit <br />and/or improvement plans. <br /> <br />34. FEES: Unless otherwise specified by the project Development Agreement, the applicant <br />shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject, prior t o issuance of <br />grading and/or building permits, or prior to recordation of the final map, whichever is <br />applicable. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the <br />permit is issued. Project Specific Condition <br /> <br />35. WATER FEES AND WATER METER CONNECTION FEES: Unless otherwise specified <br />by the Development Agreement, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and City <br />connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters and irrigation meters, if <br />applicable, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> <br />36. SEWER FEES: Unless otherwise specified by the Development Agreement, the <br />applicant shall pay the applicable Dublin -San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) and <br />City sewer permit fees prior to building permit issuance. <br /> <br />37. SCHOOL IMPACT FEES – RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION: Applicant shall pay <br />school impact fees in accordance with the fee schedule established by Pleasanton <br />Unified School District. Written proof of compliance with this condition shall be provided <br />by the applicant to the City, on a form generated by the PUSD, prior to building permit <br />issuance. <br /> <br />38. RECORDED DISCLOSURES: All lots covered by this approval shall include separately <br />recorded disclosure statements or restrictive covenants indicating the following: <br />a. Unless otherwise specified in the Design Guidelines and Development <br />Standards for the project, additions and/or modifications to the structures and <br />garages are prohibited. <br />b. Driveway parking shall be prohibited for any home where the driveway length <br />is less than 23 feet. In no circumstance shall parked vehicles be permitted to <br />overhang or obstruct sidewalks, paths, trails, driveways, or other required <br />access. Boats, trailers, campers, motor homes, and other recreational <br />vehicles are not allowed to be parked or stored on -site, unless effectively <br />screened from view from the street. <br />c. Garages shall not be modified or used for storage in a manner that would <br />interfere with the ability to park two cars within the garages of the units. <br />Project Specific Condition <br />d.
