There are no new significant off-site or cumulative impacts that were <br />not analyzed in the Housing Element Update FEIR; and <br />3. There are no previously significant effects which, as a result of <br />substantial new information not known at the time that the Housing <br />Element Update FEIR was certified, are determined to have a more <br />severe adverse impact than discussed in the Housing Element Update <br />FEIR. <br /> <br />The following mitigation measures identified in the Housing Element Update <br />FEIR are applicable to the proposed project, as described in each <br />environmental topic: <br />• MM AIR-1a <br />• MM AIR-1b <br />• MM BIO-1 <br />• MM GEO-6 <br />• MM HAZ-2 <br />• MM NOI-1 1 <br />• MM TRANS-2 <br /> <br />This evaluation concludes that the proposed project qualifies for an <br />exemption from additional environmental review under Section 15183 <br />because it is consistent with the development density and land use <br />characteristics established by the City, as analyzed by the Housing Element <br />Update FEIR.
