City of Pleasanton "As Needed Services -Utilities" <br />RFP #PWD-24-601 <br />EXHIBIT A FY 2024/25 -RATE SHEET <br />"UTILITIES -WATER, SEWER, & STORM MAINTENANCE <br />& EMERGENCY REPAIRS <br />"ELECTRICAL" <br />The City is requesting an experienced licensed contractor to perform routine and emergency electrical and <br />telemetry work for the Utilities Division. This work would be performed at any of the City's water, sewer <br />or stormwater facilities located throughout the city. <br />All contractors' employees shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations governing <br />the installation and testing of electrical equipment and components. All contractors' employees shall <br />comply with all OSHA and City policies regarding the proper use of Lockout/Tagout procedures. <br />The following outline provides a scope of work for the City's expectations regarding "as needed" electrical <br />work for utilities: <br />1.Provide typical electrical service at all utilities' pump stations and telemetry sites. <br />2.Provide emergency service on a call out basis for these same locations. <br />3.Provide troubleshooting and repairs to MCC (Motor Control Center) and control units of varying <br />voltage and phase. <br />4.Perform work on water, sewer and stormwater pumps varying in size from 2 H.P. to 450 H.P. <br />5.Trouble-shoot and repair remote telemetry units and controllers associated with water and sewer <br />systems. <br />6.• Provide installation of electrical systems at various locations.RATESHEET The cost quoted below shall include all taxes and all other charges, including travel expenses, and is the <br />cost the City will pay for the term of any contract that is a result of this bid. <br />Bidder hereby certifies to City that all representations, cetiifications, and statements made by Bidder, as <br />set fotih in this Bid Form and attachments are true and correct and are made under penalty of pe1jury <br />pursuant to the laws of California. <br />Contractor's Labor Rates (Hourly) <br />Position Description Regular Time Overtime Emergency Callout <br />Foreperson, Electrical $190.50 $ 285.75 $ 381.00 <br />Journey Rate $ 0.00 $ 0.00 $ 0.00 <br />Laborer $ 0.00 $ 0.00 $ 0.00 <br />Apprentice 0.00 0.00 0.00 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 9D03E0DB-24A2-4A4C-8641-5EF9DA5BF6BF
