Find the CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency Checklist pursuant to the City of <br />Pleasanton Housing Element Update Environmental Impact Report (FSEIR) satisfies <br />the requirements of CEQA and adopt a resolution recommending adoption of the CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency Checklist pursuant to the City of Pleasanton <br />Housing Element Update Final Environmental Impact Report (FSEIR). <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution: (1) recommending approval of Annexation (P22-1089), a Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) development plan (PUD-147) to construct a 111-lot residential <br />subdivision, including an age-qualified community with 92 single-family detached <br />homes, 18 affordable senior court-yard detached and duet homes, one existing <br />single-family residence, and related on-and off-site improvements; a Vesting Tentative <br />Map (Tract 8522) and a Pre-Annexation and Development Agreement; and (2) <br />recommending approval of an Affordable Housing Agreement for the proposed project. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The subject application proposes a 111-lot residential subdivision (including a Density Bonus), <br />including an age-qualified community with 92 single-family detached homes, 18 affordable <br />senior courtyard detached and duet homes, one existing single-family residence, and related <br />on-and off-site improvements on an approximately 46-acre site. The proposed project is <br />consistent with the project site’s Low Density Residential (LDR) and Housing Element Sites <br />Overlay (HESO) General Plan designation, which allows for a maximum of two residential <br />dwelling units per acre, plus Density Bonus.
