In addition, HM projects must be subject to a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measure Maintenance Agreement between the City and property owner to assure long- <br />term maintenance of the installed measures. The City will provide a template agreement. <br />Once executed, the agreement must be recorded against the property. GEOTECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommendations from the project’s <br />geotechnical investigation, as prepared by a California-licensed Geotechnical Engineer <br />or Certified Engineering Geologist, shall be incorporated into the design of the <br />improvements and/or explicitly noted on the plans. The author(s) of the geotechnical <br />investigation shall certify on the plans that the design complies with their <br />recommendations. During construction, the applicant must follow all recommendations. <br />(Address this condition prior to subdivision improvement plan approval) <br /> <br />68. ALQUIST-PRIOLO EARTHQUAKE FAULT ZONING ACT: According to California <br />Public Resources Code Section 2621 et seq. this application is subject to the Alquist- <br />Priolo Earthquake Fault Zoning Act. The California Code of Regulations (14 CCR <br />§3603) requires recommendations from a licensed Geotechnical Engineer or Geologist <br />to be followed for any development within a delineated earthquake fault zone. Said fault <br />zone shall be shown and labeled on the applicant’s development plans. The <br />Geotechnical Engineer or Geologist shall certify on the plans that all recommendations <br />have been addressed in the design. (Address this condition prior to subdivision <br />improvement plan approval) <br /> <br />69. SUBDIVISION MAPS: The subdivision of land is governed by Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code Title 19, as well as the California Government Code §§66410-66499.85 <br />(Subdivision Map Act). All maps are subject to review and approval by the City Engineer. <br />Recordation of the subdivision map or maps shall be coordinated by the applicant’s title <br />company, with one full-sized mylar copy of the recorded map returned to the City. <br /> <br />The following statement shall be included on the cover sheet of the map: “I, Adam Nelkie, <br />P.E., City Engineer of the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, do <br />hereby state that I have examined the herein embodied map entitled “[MAP <br />NAME/NUMBER]” consisting of [NUMBER OF SHEETS] sheets, this statement being on <br />Sheet 1 thereof and that the [PARCEL OR TRACT] map was presented to me as <br />provided by local ordinance. This map conforms with the requirements of the Subdivision <br />Map Act and of any local ordinances applicable at the time of approval of the tentative <br />map, and the subdivision as shown is substantially the same as it appeared on the <br />tentative map, if any, and any approved alterations thereof. The name of the subdivider is <br />as shown on the statement of owner upon this sheet.” <br /> <br />For parcel maps, add the following: “The dedications and/or easements shown as [LIST] <br />upon said map thereon offered for dedication are hereby accepted for the purpose for <br />which offered.”
