RESOLUTION NO. 2024-042 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />APPROVING THE INVESTMENT POLICY AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to California Government Code Sections 53601 and 53635, the <br />City's Investment Policy and Guidelines must be submitted to Council annually for adoption; and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a policy document for fiscal year 2024/25 on <br />June 18, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the policies and guidelines outlined in <br />that document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Adopt the Investment Policy and Guidelines for fiscal year 2024/25 as <br />reflected in Exhibit A. <br />Section 2.
