Resolution No 2024-045 Page 3 of 3 SECTION 10. The assessments shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as County taxes are collected and all laws providing for the collection and enforcement of County taxes shall apply to the collection and enforcement of the assessments. After collection by the County, the net amount of the assessments, after deduction of any compensation due the County for collection, shall be paid to the Lighting & Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1 Windsor. SECTION 11. The moneys representing assessments collected by Alameda County shall be deposited in the City Treasury to the credit of the special fund known as the "Lighting & Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1 Windsor" previously established. Moneys in the fund shall be expended only for the maintenance, servicing, construction or installation of the improvements. SECTION 12. The adoption of this resolution constitutes the continuation of assessments for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025. SECTION 13. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
