Adopt and waive second reading of Ordinance No. 2282 approving the Sixth <br />Amendment to the Development Agreement for the Stoneridge Shopping Center, <br />located a1008 through 1700 Stoneridge Mall Road, governing a previously- <br />approved approximately 362,790 square-foot shopping center expansion to extend <br />the term for six months, with potential additional extensions of either 18 months or <br />two years, and a further potential extension of two years thereafter, subject to the <br />completion of performance standards as set forth in the proposed amendment <br />Finance <br />4. Adopt a resolution approving Fiscal Year 2024/25 Investment Policy and <br />Guidelines <br />5. Approve Fiscal Year 2024/25 recurring purchase order agreements <br />6. Approve the First Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the <br />Pleasanton Unified School District for a Term of One Year, through June 30, 2025, <br />for the School Resource Officer program <br />11. Approve the third amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Bonita <br />House Inc. to increase the amount by $347,972 and extend the term for one year, <br />through June 20, 2025, to provide clinician services for the Alternate Response <br />Unit, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,123,916 over the three-year term <br />Public Works <br />12.
