PXXX17-0904, Stoneridge Properties, LLC, 1008-1700 Stoneridge Mall Road – Application to <br />amend and extend the Stoneridge Shopping Center Development Agreement (DA), governing a <br />previously approved approximately 362,790-square-foot shopping center expansion, for a period of <br />six months, with options to extend the DA for 18 or 24 months, and an additional two years <br />thereafter subject to the completion of performance standards as set forth in the proposed Sixth <br />Amendment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-09 recommending City Council approval of the <br />Stoneridge Shopping Center Development Agreement Sixth Amendment, extending the term for six <br />months, with potential additional extensions contingent on completion of performance standards. <br /> <br />Director Ellen Clark presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos opened the public comment.
