Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive report. <br /> <br />2. P24-0198, Tri-Valley Judo, 1262 Quarry Lane, Suite A – Application for Conditional Use Permit <br />approval to operate a martial arts studio located at 1262 Quarry Lane, Suite A <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-10 approving the application. <br /> <br />3. Approve the meeting minutes of May 8, 2024 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Morgan/Jain to approve the Consent Calendar, as recommended.
