RESOLUTION NO. 2024-036 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />ADOPTING THE MID-TERM OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS <br />FOR FY 2024/25 <br />WHEREAS, the City adopted the FY 2023/24 — FY 2024/25 Two -Year Operating and <br />Capital Budget on June 6, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, it is fiscally prudent to review the Two -Year Operating and Capital Budget to <br />refine revenue projections and expenditures; and <br />WHEREAS, at a public hearing on May 21, 2024, staff presented a report detailing the <br />recommended Mid -Term Operating and Capital Budget adjustments for FY 2024/25. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Adopts the Mid -Term Operating and Capital Budget adjustments for FY <br />2024/25 as presented in Exhibit A, FY 2024/25 Mid -Term Update Operating and Capital Budget. <br />SECTION 2. Authorizes revenue, transfer, and expenditure adjustments to the FY <br />2024/25 Adopted Operating and Capital Budget. <br />SECTION 3.
