Dur ing the s um m er I <br />kno w s ome people like to ge t an ear ly hike in. Can we s et the <br />s um me r s tar t time to be 6:30 a m which wo uld de finitely be within <br />daylight ho ur s ? (I believe cur r ently the o pening tim e is 6:30 am s o <br />changing this would impa ct our cur r ent acce s s .) <br />S econd, I believe the non-r es ident per m its ar e too r es tr ictive . This <br />par k is o ften us e d a s a meeting place be tween r es idents and their <br />no n-r e s ide nt fr iends . I r eques t that a per mit be for a two -week <br />per iod (as it is now). Als o , if the per m it ca nnot co ntinue to be fr ee as <br />it is now, could it be ver y lo w, like no mor e than $5 fo r a two-we ek <br />per iod? S o me pa r ks (like Tam ar ancho in Mar in) offer an annual pas s , <br />which co uld be ver y us eful. S o for $50 per ye ar , a non-r es ident co uld <br />get an annual pas s a nd avoid a lo t of r e gula r paper wor k and cr edit <br />ca r d ha s s le for both him /her a nd the city adminis tr ator. <br />La s tly, I want to ens ur e that the city is not r es po ns ible for <br />co ns tr uction cos ts s uch as fo r the new pe des tr ian lo cked gate tha t <br />is pr opos e d.
