P24-0127, 1875 Valley Avenue Planning Commission <br />5 of 7 <br />The proposed distilled spirits offering expansion includes the following: <br /> Though the market is open 24 hours, alcohol sales would only be permitted from <br />6 a.m. to 12 a.m.; <br /> Policy signs will be posted on the , <br />Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage on the Premises, ; <br /> No exterior advertising or window signs will advertise alcohol products; <br /> No fortified wines or malt liquor will be sold; <br /> Cooler doors containing beer and ready-to-serve beverages will be locked from <br />12 a.m. to 6 a.m. daily; and <br /> All distilled spirits will be displayed and stored behind the cashier. <br /> <br />Figure 3 shows where beer, wine, ready-to-serve beverages, and distilled spirits will be kept <br />and displayed. <br /> <br />Figure 3: Revised Floor Plan: <br /> <br />For reference and comparison, the original resolution approving PCUP-61 and City Council <br />agenda report are included as Exhibit C. <br /> <br />STAFF REVIEW/ANALYSIS <br />Conditional uses are those uses which, by their nature, require special consideration so that <br />they may be located properly with respect to the objectives of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />and with respect to their effects on surrounding properties.
