<br />Page 7 <br /> <br />• All roadways, driveways, and sidewalks to be paved shall be completed as soon as <br />possible. Building pads shall be laid as soon as possible after grading unless seeding <br />or soil binders are used. <br />• All excavation, grading, and/or demolition activities shall be suspended when average <br />wind speeds exceed 20 mph. <br />• All trucks and equipment, including their tires, shall be washed off prior to leaving the <br />site. <br />• Unpaved roads providing access to sites located 100 feet or further from a paved road <br />shall be treated with a six- to 12-inch layer of compacted layer of wood chips, mulch, <br />or gravel. <br />• Publicly visible signs shall be posted with the telephone number and name of the <br />person to contact at the lead agency regarding dust complaints. This person shall <br />respond and take corrective action within 48 hours. The Air District’s General Air <br />Pollution Complaints number shall also be visible to ensure compliance with <br />applicable regulations. <br />Project Specific Condition <br /> <br />Other <br /> <br />36. The Homeowners Association shall include restrictions in the CC&R’s on smoking at the site <br />in conformance with Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 9.27 Restrictions On Smoking At <br />Condominiums, Townhomes And Buildings With Three Or More Attached Units. <br /> <br />HOUSING DIVISION – 925-931-5007 <br />37. AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT: The applicant shall execute a City Council-approved <br />Affordable Housing Agreement which sets forth the methodology for the applicant’s compliance <br />with Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 17.44 requirements and which agreement shall be <br />recorded prior to or concurrently with the final map. Project Specific Condition <br /> <br />BUILDING AND SAFETY DIVISION – 925-931-5300 <br />38. PHASED OCCUPANCY: If building occupancy is proposed to be phased, the applicant shall <br />submit a phasing plan to the Chief Building and Safety Official for review and approval. <br /> <br />39. DIGITAL PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT – COMMERCIAL, MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />AND CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS: The applicant shall submit site plan and building information <br />to the City’s Geographic Information Services (GIS) Division in a digital format prior to issuance <br />of the building permit. All changes or revisions to the approved plans during construction which <br />affect the digital submittal, shall be resubmitted for GIS review no later than one month prior to <br />scheduling a final inspection. The updated digital submittal will be checked and approved before <br />the building permit will be finalized and certificate of occupancy granted (if applicable). For <br />phased project, the digital submittal must be approved prior to the first occupancy of any phase. <br />The information will be used for public safety and emergency response planning by the Police <br />and Fire Departments. Refer to the “Digital Plan Submittal Requirements” for necessary data <br />and file formatting requirements. <br /> <br />TRAFFIC ENGINEERING DIVISION – 925-931-5677 <br />40. TRAFFIC CONTROL Plan (TCP): A comprehensive traffic control plan shall be submitted to the <br />City Traffic Engineer for review and approval. Best management practices to minimize traffic
