The Planning Commission finds that the project would conform
to all applicable objective standards of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Zoning
Ordinance and other adopted standards, with the exception of items for which a
concession or waivers have been requested by the applicant and granted in accordance
with provisions of California Density Bonus law at Cal.
