The project also provides six guest parking spaces and a <br />central group open space area (approximately 7,081 square feet). The project provides a <br />six-bicycle rack adjacent to the group open space. <br /> <br />Architecture and Design <br />The project proposes a Santa Barbara Mission-style architecture, characterized by the <br />concrete tile roof (with 4:12 slope), stucco walls, prefabricated pipes, and arch details. <br />Additional details include insulated vinyl windows, wood fascia with rafter tails, and metal <br />railing and roll-up garage door. <br /> <br />Figure 5: Material Board <br /> <br />
