Construction Support (Allowance) <br />D.1 Assistance During Bidding <br />Consor assisted in answering questions regarding meaning and intent of the plans and specifications during contract <br />bidding period and will advise the City on bids received. Consor assisted with the preparation of two Addenda. <br />D.2 Review and Response to RFI’s <br />Consor will review and provide responses to questions or clarifications (RFI’s) from the Contractor or Resident Engineer, <br />review shop drawing and material specifications as submitted by the Contractor. Up to five RFI’s are assumed. <br />D.3 Change Order Assistance <br /> This task will also include revision on plans and specifications (contract change orders) as necessary due to change in <br />condition, or as requested by the City. Up to two CCOs are assumed. <br />D.4 Submittal Review <br />It is assumed that the City’s RE or CM will review the more common civil submittals, such as for the pavement materials, <br />signage and striping and drainage items. It Is assumed that landscaping and irrigation submittals will be handled by the <br />City as well. Up to four submittal reviews are assumed for signal and lighting items and the sound wall materials. <br />D.5 Prepare Record Drawings (As-Builts) <br />Upon completion of project, Consor will provide record drawings per the City requirements. The record drawings will be <br />based on mark ups from the Resident Engineer as revisions are made during construction. <br />D.6 Final Site Walk-Through <br />We will attend a final job site walk with the City to review for completion. <br />D.7 5% Construction Support Contingency Allowance <br />This is a contingency budget to only be used if needed and if approved in advance by the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: E98D18FD-044F-4EAC-A836-347C5592F316
