<br />Based on the information presented above, our anticipated services and estimated fee are outlined below. Our
<br />services will be provided on an on-call, time-and-materials basis as requested by City representatives. Our total
<br />effort will be largely contingent upon the construction schedule, pace of construction and contractor
<br />performance. Our materials testing services will be invoiced per our attached 2023 Schedule of Fees.
