ENDORSEMENT This endorsement, effective 12:01 A.M. 0-4/0l /2024 forms a part of Policy No. CA 378-66--47 issued to JMB CONSTRUCT I ON, I NC. by NATIONAL UNION FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY OF PITTSBURGH, PA. ADDITIONAL INSURED -WHERE REQUIRED UNDER CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM SCHEDULE ADDITIONAL INSURED: ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION FOR WHOM YOU ARE CONTRACTUALLY BOUND TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INSURED STATUS BUT ONLY TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH PERSON'S OR ORGANIZATION'S LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF A COVERED "AUTO".
