Stormwater treatment controls, proposed in <br /> compliance with Provision C.3 of NPDES Permit No. CAS612008, shall also prevent the <br /> discharge of trash to the downstream municipal separate storm sewer systems and receiving <br /> waters. Discharge points from these treatment control facilities, including overflows, shall be <br /> appropriately screened (5 mm mesh screen) or otherwise configured to meet the full trash <br /> capture screening specification for storm flows up to the full trash capture 1-year, 1-hour storm <br /> hydraulic specification, in compliance with the NPDES Permit No. CAS612008. The applicant <br /> shall submit a Stormwater Management Plan as part of the improvement plans prepared by a <br /> California licensed civil engineer, which include but is not limited to the type, location, and <br /> sizing calculations of the treatment controls that will be installed.
