Building pads shall be laid as soon as possible after grading unless <br /> seeding or soil binders are used. <br /> • All excavation, grading, and/or demolition activities shall be suspended when <br /> average wind speeds exceed 20 mph. <br /> • All trucks and equipment, including their tires, shall be washed off prior to leaving <br /> the site. <br /> • Unpaved roads providing access to sites located 100 feet or further from a paved <br /> road shall be treated with a six- to 12-inch layer of compacted layer of wood chips, <br /> mulch, or gravel. <br /> • Publicly visible signs shall be posted with the telephone number and name of the <br /> person to contact at the lead agency regarding dust complaints. This person shall <br /> respond and take corrective action within 48 hours. The Air District's General Air <br /> Pollution Complaints number shall also be visible to ensure compliance with <br /> applicable regulations. <br /> Project Specific Condition <br /> Other <br /> 36. RECORDED DISCLOSURES: All units covered by this approval shall include separately <br /> recorded disclosure statements or restrictive covenants indicating the following: <br /> a. Residents, tenants, guests, etc., are prohibited from parking in a manner that <br /> would cause a vehicle to encroach into the adjacent sidewalk or private street. <br /> b. Boats, trailers, campers, motor homes, and other recreational vehicles are not <br /> allowed to be parked or stored on-site. <br /> c. Garages shall not be modified or used for storage in a manner that would interfere <br /> with the ability to park cars within the garages of the units and each resident shall <br /> utilize the resident's garage for parking of vehicles only. <br /> 37. The Homeowners Association shall include restrictions in the CC&R's on smoking at the <br /> site in conformance with Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 9.27 Restrictions On <br /> Smoking At Condominiums, Townhomes And Buildings With Three Or More Attached <br /> Units. <br /> HOUSING DIVISION — 925-931-5007 <br /> 38. AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT: The applicant shall execute a City Council- <br /> approved Affordable Housing Agreement which sets forth the methodology for the <br /> applicant's compliance with Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 17.44 requirements and <br /> which agreement shall be recorded prior to or concurrently with the final map.
