IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 371 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 18, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" <br /> OF SAID ORDINANCE. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, <br />dated April 18, 1960" as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 18, as shown on map dated July 23, 1963, <br />on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land <br />use and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> RG-15, Residential Garden Apartments; the area <br /> bounded by Pleasanton Avenue, Division Street, <br /> Western Pacific Railroad right-of-way, and Rose <br /> Avenue. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Council <br />on Monday, August 5, 1963. <br /> <br /> READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, held on AUGUST 12, , 1963, by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN BUBICS, CAIRO, LONG, MAYOR McWILLIAMS <br /> NOES: COUNCILMAN NONE <br /> ABSENT: COUNCILMAN HARDING d-~! <br /> <br /> /~jOHN'L.
