Award a professional services agreement to Kayuga Solution in the not-to-exceed amount of $688,270 for the Asset Management Plan Project, CIP No. 24460, and authorize an amendment to the agreement with GHD, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $61,730 for the integration of MaintStar with the Asset Management Program 16.
